Deep-dives into strategic tech deployments at 8-figure enterprises.

Case Study 01

Accelerating Omni-channel Fulfilment

The Friction

The client was managing a rapidly scaling omnichannel footprint but relied on fractured, monolithic systems. Return-to-Origin (RTO) rates were heavily impacting the bottom line because fulfillment logic could not predict logistics failures quickly enough.

Architecture & Solution

We engineered a ground-up CRM and omnichannel fulfillment layer inside of 6 months. By re-architecting the application integrations using modern AWS cloud infrastructure, we established a single source of truth for inventory and orders.

The Outcome

Built an intelligent promotion engine and deployed prediction-based routing that significantly optimized RTO rates. Concurrently rolled out a customized ERP/WMS stack built on the Odoo framework to connect warehouse operations natively to the storefront.

Case Study 02

AI-Driven Supply Chain Digitization

The Friction

Core factory operations relied heavily on paper-based tracking, manual temperature logging in dyeing units, and incredibly labor-intensive CAD design rescaling that stalled production workflows every single day.

Architecture & Solution

Deployed a centralized SCM Automation platform. On the factory floor, ESP32 microcontrollers and PT100 sensors were installed to auto-log real-time temperature data, replacing physical QA walks. Simultaneously, we built a Python/OpenCV computer vision pipeline to auto-detect carpet structural regions and resize design files algorithmically.

The Outcome

Replaced manual operational checks entirely, reducing human oversight by 40%. Achieved full multi-stage defect traceability and automatically handled complex graphical resizing that previously consumed hours of manual designer labor per day.

Case Study 03

The Enterprise Operations Backbone

The Friction

A massive multimodal logistics operation faced strategic paralysis with 4 completely disparate legacy software applications across road transportation, rail yards, and warehousing divisions—causing immense data synchronization delays.

Architecture & Solution

Led a complete digital transformation to consolidate the entire architecture. Rolled out enterprise-grade Navision ERP with unified modules for CFS, rail logistics, and warehousing. Further deployed Oracle Siebel for salesforce management across field teams.

The Outcome

Achieved 100% integration across all divisions. Cemented operational dominance by integrating natively with the Indian Customs Department's IT systems and deploying DGPS logic for advanced high-volume Container Yard Management.

Case Study 04

Full Restaurant Chain Tech Overhaul

The Friction

A restaurant and hotel chain was running completely outdated IT infrastructure with zero centralized data. Home delivery operations were inefficient and unscalable—each outlet managed its own manual ordering process with no unified customer view.

Architecture & Solution

Defined a complete IT strategy roadmap and executed a full migration in just 12 months. Implemented SAP ERP on IBM P-Series servers, rolled out Maitre'D POS across all restaurant outlets, and built a custom Web-based CRM for centralized home delivery management.

The Outcome

Delivered a unified, enterprise-grade technology stack completely from scratch. The new centralized home delivery CRM streamlined operations across all outlets and laid the digital groundwork for aggressive franchising expansion.

Case Study 05

D2C Multi-Brand Growth Engine

The Friction

A brand acquisition company managing 14+ D2C brands had no centralized technology operations layer. Each brand ran independently with fragmented marketing, zero shared infrastructure, and no cross-brand data intelligence.

Architecture & Solution

Built a centralized Tech Ops and Digital Growth layer shared across all portfolio brands. Leveraged performance marketing automation and CRO frameworks to drive website conversion and revenue growth while simultaneously rationalizing the technical stack.

The Outcome

Drove measurable digital revenue growth across multiple portfolio brands from a single, lean central tech team. The model proved that a shared engineering + growth layer could outperform dedicated per-brand teams at a fraction of the cost.
