1. Digital Services Nature
SysHive Technologies operates exclusively in the B2B sector, providing bespoke digital engineering, system automation, and strategic consulting services. Due to the custom, labor-intensive, and irreversible nature of software development and consulting, our deliverables are considered "Digital Goods & Services."
2. Refund Policy
All sales and payments for services rendered by SysHive Technologies are final. We do not offer refunds, either full or partial, for completed work, time spent by our engineering and consulting teams, or delivered intellectual property.
If a project is terminated prematurely by the client, the client remains responsible for all billable hours and deliverables completed up to the date of termination, as outlined in their specific Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel ongoing retainer agreements or multi-phase projects subject to the notice period specified in their Master Services Agreement (MSA) or SOW—typically requiring a 30-day written notice. Any payments already processed for active phases are non-refundable.
4. Shipping & Delivery
SysHive Technologies does not sell or ship physical products. All deliverables are digital and are "delivered" via secure cloud repositories, direct server deployment, or email communication. Delivery timelines and milestones are strictly governed by the mutually agreed-upon project scope.
